Telenor Sweden has launched network protection service for its mobile customers.
The Network Protection service blocks malicious pages, fake SMS links and emails with fake links for both existing and new customers completely free of charge.
Online fraud and online violations are some of the crimes that are on the rise and the methods are becoming more and more credible, at the same time that many people find it shameful to report when they have been exposed. According to a survey conducted earlier this year among Telenor’s customers, 70 percent are worried about having their identity exploited online, but only 44 percent have any protection.
