Infinera, Wednesday unveiled the Xceed Software Suite (Xceed), a software automation tool for software defined networking (SDN) to support Infinera’s end-to-end Intelligent Transport Network portfolio spanning long-haul, metro and data center interconnect applications.
Infinera said that the purpose-built platform is available now for selected customer trials and deployments, and planned for general availability in the fourth quarter of 2016.
