As the Boston Red Sox season kicks into second gear this July, IT leadership from the franchise has praised the work of its new unified communications solution provider ShoreTel, and ShoreTel’s partner, Harbor Networks.
ShoreTel replaced Avaya as the Red Sox’s IT solution provider last October.
