At a recent industry event, Huawei released the framework and technical roadmap of Intelligent Defined Network (IDN), an SDN-based open enabler platform which can intelligently optimize network configuration and management.
With the core of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, IDN potentially plays an important role in network operation, such as automatic decision-making, resource scheduling and other various scenarios based on the deeply understanding of network and content, said Huawei.
