UAE-based du has partnered with Huawei to jointly launch the world’s first commercial Transport Software-Defined Network (T-SDN) to cater for the sharp increase in big data traffic that goes to its data centers. The Launch of T-SDN commercially marks the arrival of du into the SDN era, which provides reference for a future network-wide SDN network transformation.
According to du, the T-SDN network enables du to achieve accelerated service connections while fully utilizing network resources.
